The center's fields of interest are as follows:

  • Conducting research, investigations, developments, and applications in the fields of robotics technologies and intelligent systems.
  • Encouraging interdisciplinary master's and doctoral studies in the fields of robotics technologies and intelligent systems, and presenting the results of master's and doctoral thesis studies to the knowledge of the relevant sector's executives and professionals.
  • Developing communication infrastructure and creating databases in the areas the center works on.
  • Conducting research and investigations in technology development and transfer, solving technical problems, and the usage and application of robotics technologies and intelligent systems in industry and related enterprises, in line with the center's purpose.
  • Organizing meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, and courses to foster and develop a research and development (R&D) culture.
  • Organizing panels, talks, and competitions to ensure the effective promotion of robotics technologies and intelligent systems.
  • Providing guidance to researchers at the university who work on robotics technologies and intelligent systems regarding the resources and infrastructure they need.
  • Collaborating with domestic and international research and education institutions in the fields of robotics technologies and intelligent systems.
  • Collaborating with industry in the fields of robotics technologies and intelligent systems and offering consultancy services to industry, public institutions, and organizations.
  • Coordinating with university units to allow researchers working in the fields of robotics technologies and intelligent systems to benefit from the existing technical facilities at the university.
  • Producing joint projects and conducting studies with relevant institutions and organizations in the fields of robotics technologies and intelligent systems.
  • Publishing the scientific and technical findings obtained from the research and application studies conducted in the field of robotics technologies and intelligent systems in reports, bulletins, books, journals, and other media.
  • Sharing successful examples of collaboration with the business world and the public.
  • Ensuring that researchers of the center benefit from the laboratories, machines, equipment, software, and other existing infrastructure facilities of the relevant units within the university that serve the center's purpose, and contributing to the development of those units through joint studies.
